I’ve been an artist for as long as I can remember, and for me, it all started with a pencil and a piece of paper, drawing dinosaurs and monsters.  Growing up on Long Island, I was always drawn to the mysterious and macabre. I would hear tales of haunted houses, monsters in the woods, and local urban legends. I would get lost in my imagination, exploring the woods behind the family home. I would wish I could leave the mundane world behind and fully explore, and be able to tell these tales to my friends and family. I graduated from Roger Williams University with a BA in Visual Arts concentrating on Film and Photography. Since then I have tried different forms of visual media to let out the stories inside my brain, including film, photography, animation, and illustration. I continue to explore these themes from my childhood in my work and have found a true passion for creating monsters and creatures that represent the complexity of human emotion.
